Accepting new clients!

Navigating life’s various fluctuations and the challenges that arise can be difficult to do so on your own. As such, I strive to support those seeking self-attunement, guiding you to enhance and build on your existing skills and insights to address issues contributing to your emotional and relational distress.

I firmly believe in centering clients’ experiences and the power of empathy, curiosity, open-mindedness, and collaboration as integral to therapy. I aim to create an encouraging therapeutic space where you can explore your own unique path to personal awareness, growth, healing and self-determination as guided by you.

  • My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, integrative, relational, and trauma-informed, drawing from narrative therapy, ACT, DBT, CBT, somatic, existential, expressive arts, IFS/parts work, and other modalities tailored to clients’ current needs.

  • I have significant experience working with individuals who are racialized, queer, neurodivergent and those managing anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, identity issues, interpersonal issues, intergenerational and complex trauma, among other presenting concerns.

  • My lived experience as a racialized, queer, neurodivergent, 1.5 generation immigrant, and my navigation of the mental health system has strengthened my commitment to fostering mental and emotional well-being with an anti-oppressive and intersectional lens.

  • My extensive work in community engagement, which includes hands-on experiential and nature-based activities with diverse populations, has contributed to my flexibility and creativity as a therapist.

I am committed to continuous learning and growth through professional development, clinical supervision, and my own personal therapy. I believe that actively engaging in this ongoing process enhances my ability to support and guide clients effectively.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

I’m an AuDHD (autistic & ADHD) psychotherapist with experience in supporting neurodivergent communities, racialized individuals, and survivors of gender-based violence. Myself and many of the folks I’ve worked with have often been labeled by others as “weird”, “lazy”, “awkward”, and/or “full of untapped potential”. My hope is that we can remove these unhelpful external labels and replace them with ones that you write yourself – ones that you can be proud of.

My work is informed by my experiences as a bi, neurodivergent, southeast asian, cisgendered woman.

As a person who has experienced many imbalances of power due to systems of oppression, I try to share power in the therapy space whenever I can by working from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens.

I aim to use the therapeutic tools and strategies that best fit your needs and not try to fit your concerns into just one modality, therefore, I use a variety of different techniques that come from focusing-oriented therapy, polyvagal theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

I’m committed to my own personal and professional growth as a therapist and am currently learning more about other modalities such as internal family systems, so I can better serve you.
